Vacuum extrusion press KEMA PVPS 10
The PVPS 10 vacuum extrusion press is used for deaeration and extrusion of ceramic and stiff or semi-stiff plastic materials. The machine was completely overhauled in 2019, including renewal of standard components, replacement of the press wear liner, and full refurbishment of the electrical control system. Has not been in use since then.
It features independent feed and press drives with frequency-controlled speed adjustment, stainless steel material-contact parts, and a water-cooled press cylinder and head. The extrusion outlet can be set horizontally, vertically, or at an angle.
