CNC universal milling machine Värnamo VMP P-30MM
The main differences from simple manual machine of this one are ball screws instead of trapezoidal screws, servo drives along the axes and a digital display, in this case Heidenhain. Therefore, we carried out a small modernization of the three-axis CNC milling machine VARNAMO (Sweden).
1) We installed a switch that has two operation modes: original CNC and manual with manual control.
2) Set the start button and turn the spindle clockwise.
3) Set the start button and turn the shaft counterclockwise.
4) Set the stop button or stop the spindle rotation.
5) Installed new toggle switches with fixation along the axes. Now you can work both with a conventional manual milling machine with digital rulers and in CNC operation mode.
